Lynn is an international corporate tax consultant with KPMG LLP. She assists US-based and foreign-based multinational companies in tax planning, including designing tax-efficient structures for cross-border transactions. In addition to helping clients to understand and comply with existing tax
laws, she monitors international tax trends, legislative proposals, and other developments in order to help companies keep up with tax law changes both in the US and abroad.

Lynn also has industry experience as controller and corporate attorney for a multinational manufacturer / distributor in Twinsburg, Ohio. She has managed international product development and procurement, transacting with parties in many countries. She has also been a part-time international tax professor at Cleveland State University.

Lynn earned her law degree and MBA from Case Western Reserve University, and is also a Certified Public Accountant. She is a Board member of Cleveland Reads, Secretary of the India-Ohio Chamber of Commerce, Secretary and Treasurer of Ray of Light International, and is active with the World Trade Center Cleveland, Cleveland International Tax Forum, and Cleveland Council on World Affairs.
