Radhika Reddy is a partner of Ariel Ventures, LLC, a professional services firm that offers a complete range of financial, tax and IT consulting services, with an emphasis on economic development projects, that include public-private partnerships. She has over 24 years of business management and finance experience, and works closely with the State, City, County, Port Authority, Chambers of Commerce, Community Development Corporations, World Trade Center, Foundations, and other organizations, to promote economic development in Ohio. Radhika and her Partners also manage a $47 million New Markets Tax Credit Fund, in conjunction with the Cleveland-Cuyahoga County Port Authority, to make investments in Low-Income Communities and stimulate economic development in Cuyahoga County. Ms. Reddy is recognized nationally for her knowledge and expertise on the New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC). She has been a speaker for various audiences in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Chicago and has pioneered the development of the first comprehensive NMTC compliance software program for Community Development Entities.

Ms. Reddy provides financial and tax consulting services, combining comprehensive economic development financing incentives, including NMTC, Historic and Rehabilitation Tax Credits, Lost Development Rights, Conservation Easements, State and Local Business and Tax incentives, Green Building Incentives, Tax Increment Financing, and others. In addition, she also provides a complete range of international business and tax services, to help small and medium sized companies meet the challenges of operating in a global marketplace.

A published author on various tax issues and a presenter at international conferences, Ms. Reddy was honored as the 2002 International Business Woman of the Year for Northeast Ohio by Women in International Trade, and was recognized by Inside Business as a 2003 Athena Award finalist for her outstanding accomplishments as a woman business leader. She is the President and Founder of the India Ohio Chamber of Commerce; Advisory Board member and Chair of Public Relations and Marketing for the World Trade Center-Cleveland; Strategy Planning Team for the Cleveland Green Housing Fund; Board member for Green Energy Ohio; and also an Advisory Board member for the Cleveland State University Business School and Cuyahoga Community College.

Ms. Reddy has a Masters in Accounting / Taxation from Cleveland State University, and an MBA in Finance and MIS from Case Western Reserve University.
